Delete your HER POV account
Fastest way: in the app
- Sign in to HER POV.
- Open You and scroll to Delete my account.
- Confirm with your password (or a fresh Google sign-in) and type DELETE.
Forgot your password? Reset it first.
What's deleted
- Your sign-in (email/password, Google or Apple link) and private Apple revocation credentials
- Your profile, name, profile photo, sports setup and favorite teams
- Saved people, My Roster players and saved Prep Me briefings
- Notification preferences, messages and linked push devices
- Usage counts, referral code, story progress and your AI-answer choice
- Your HER POV Plus plan record in our app. Any open Plus plan is canceled first, so you aren't charged again
What we keep
- Payment, invoice and tax records held by our payment provider (Stripe), as required for accounting and tax
- Guide purchase records and download history, which are tied to your purchase email rather than your account, for tax, refunds and fraud prevention
- Messages you sent to Support
- Site usage analytics, with your account ID removed
If you have HER POV Plus
Before deleting, open You → Manage or cancel to cancel Plus, update your card or download receipts. Once the account is gone you can't sign in to do that. If you delete with Plus still open, we cancel it right away so you aren't charged again; access ends that day and unused days aren't refunded automatically (contact Support about refunds). Stripe keeps past receipts and payment records. In-app deletion is immediate. Requests sent with the form below are handled after we confirm it's you, and we cancel any open Plus plan at the same time.
