Guide Purchase Policy

Who you're buying from
HER POV guides are sold by That Blonde Girl Ash LLC, under the HER POV brand.
Where we sell
For now, guides are available only to buyers with a United States billing address. Checkout starts with United States selected. When you pay, your card is first authorized, not charged. We check your billing address, and only a US address completes the charge and unlocks the guide. If the billing address is outside the US, the order is canceled and your card is never charged; any temporary authorization hold disappears according to your bank's timing.
What you're buying
- Guides are digital PDF downloads, not physical books. Nothing is shipped.
- Each purchase is a one-time payment. It's separate from HER POV Plus and never renews.
- You don't need an account to buy — just an email for your receipt and download.
- Buying a guide never signs you up for Plus or marketing emails. Marketing is a separate, optional box that starts unchecked.
- Your purchase covers the edition listed on the product page. Future editions aren't automatically included.
Delivery
Your files unlock only after your payment is confirmed. Download links appear on the confirmation page and are sent to your purchase email. Links expire after 24 hours. If a link expires, get a new one from the link recovery page or Support.
Your personal-use license
You may read the guide on your own devices and print copies for personal use. You may not resell, share publicly, upload or distribute the complete files, subject to applicable law.
Refund policy
When we'll make it right
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- You received the wrong file.
- Your file couldn't be delivered.
- Your file won't open and we can't fix it with a working copy.
- The guide is materially different from how it was described.
Duplicate charges: if you were charged twice, we refund the extra charge. Technical help first: for delivery and file problems, we'll try to fix it with a new link or working file. Refunds for those cases apply when a fix doesn't solve it, and go back to your original payment method. Other refund requests are reviewed case by case.
Ask through the Support form (herpovsports.app/support) — no account needed. We reply to the email you give us. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
