When we’ll make it right

• You were charged twice for the same order.
• Your file couldn’t be delivered or won’t open, and we can’t fix it with a working file.
• You received the wrong guide.
• The guide is materially different from how it was described.

How to ask

Contact us through herpovsportsbestie@gmail.com with your purchase email and what went wrong. We’ll reply with a fix, a replacement file, or a refund to your original payment method.

Other requests

Because guides are instant digital downloads, other refund requests are reviewed case by case. This doesn’t limit any rights you have under applicable law.
