Where he fits
Keaton Mitchell plays for the LAC as a RB, wearing number 34. He's in year 4 of his career.
His job: The team's own depth chart lists him first at kick returner — that's the order they'd normally use.
Last time out: Keaton had 2 carries for 4 yards, and 0 catches on 1 target for 0 yards. He scored NO touchdowns and threw none. He was only on the field for about 25% of the offensive plays, so he is a situational piece right now.
This season: Keaton had 35 carries for 139 yards, and 12 catches on 15 targets for 52 yards and 1 touchdown.
He isn't on the official week 8 injury report — no designation was filed for him.
