Mike Gesicki

Where he fits

Mike Gesicki plays for the CIN as a TE, wearing number 88. He's in year 9 of his career.

His job: The team's own depth chart lists him first at tight end — that's the order they'd normally use.

Last time out: Mike had 1 catch on 1 target for 6 yards and 1 touchdown. He played about 38% of the offensive snaps — a real role, but not a every-down one.

This season: Mike had 13 catches on 18 targets for 165 yards and 5 touchdowns.

He isn't on the official week 8 injury report — no designation was filed for him.
